Last weekend, it was all about the Super Bowl. I went to Super Bowl Boulevard in Times Square and hosted a Super Bowl party. And, to top it off….the Seahawks won. Yeah! it was a blast. There was so much going on that I couldn’t help but have a good time:)
Although the Super Bowl hoopla is over, the fun doesn’t have to stop. It’s the reason NYC is called “the city that never sleeps.” Think about it: you can visit famous landmarks, see a popular Broadway play, eat at unique and exotic restaurants, shop on 5th Ave at all of the famous designers’ stores, root for your favorite team at a sporting event, enjoy the arts at a grand museum, musical concert or dance performance or simply be part of fun traditions and historical monumental moments. And, let’s not forget, what I call the special cultural areas of New York: Chinatown, Little Italy, Korean Town, Greenwich Village and Harlem.
New York may be fast paced but there isn’t another city like it, and you don’t have to be overwhelmed to enjoy what this great city has to offer. So take a deep breath… Eileen and I decided to do a “New York Social Event Series”, giving you our unique perspective of the awesome things happening in NY. You can call us your New York Source. We are so excited to do this and we are happy to take you along for the ride. After spending some time with us, you will be NYC SAVVY.
Leave us a comment. We want to hear your thoughts and suggestions. Take care now and I will talk to you soon.
Hugs,
